Iwate Prefectural Museum

Hara-Kei Memorial Museum

Hara-Kei Memorial Museum commemorated Hara Takashi who played an active part as the commoner Prime Minister in the Taisho Era, and was built. Hara Takashi achieved a Japan's first real party cabinet and aimed at establishment of a democratic government. Shiwa Castle Site Shiwa Castle Historical Park

Shiwa Castle was built by Sakanoueno Tamuramaro of the Shogun who received the life of the Kammu Emperor about 1200 years ago. Iwate Prefecture Public Hall
