Morioka Jajamen
  • One of "Morioka three big noodles". The one Mr. Takashina Kansho arranged in Morioka person taste based on "Jajamen" which tasted at Chinese northeast area during wartime. Meat fermented soybean paste, cucumber and leek are given a ride on the flatling blow noodles like Udon Noodles and the seasoning of the vinegar and the chili oil is poured over it according to the taste.
